can make adhesive tapes from raw materials to different sizes small printed & clear & color tapes  on same machine by one step .

1.Windows  opening :at oven both sides  for cleaning & easy checking . 

2. Power:  2 motors with inverters  controlling  speed changing.

3.Printing : 1 color  engravure  printing  units for making printed tapes.

4. Coating glue : auto glue pumping ,automatic comma blade transfer coating head .

5.Drying oven :water tank inside, heating  by electricity 
 
6.Energy saving temperature control:  
Two segmented automatic temperature controls.

7.  4 shafts  rotary  rewinding

8. EPC  for right direction of film walking & flat rewinding edge of tape.

Paper tube cutting machine:Cutting long paper core to the right size you want.automatic unloading after cutting.

Paper tube loader:Set the paper core on the rewinding shafts & tape off the finished tapes from the rewinding sahft at same time. NO NEED POWER!

Tape rewinder:Rewinding the imperfect tapes to good one.
